Why we collect it. We use enquiry details to respond to you, assess project fit, and send you the design guide you requested. We may follow up about your enquiry. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Analytics and tracking. This website uses Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to help us understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and whether an enquiry was made — and may be used to show you relevant advertising on other platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. Data collected by these tools is processed by Google and Meta under their own privacy policies. Where your information lives. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify (our website host) and delivered to our studio email. Some of these providers store data outside Australia; by submitting a form you consent to this transfer.

Retention. We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to manage your enquiry and any resulting project, and as required for our business records.
